Our expectations about work changed during the pandemic. Living through a life-altering experience has caused us to re-think the things that we value at work and question assumptions about how work should happen.
And so we listened to each other. We saw this moment as an opportunity to reinvent our structure, how we work, our company policies and our overall work experience. Ultimately, it has led us to identify four key elements that make up our now: Optimal Workplace Blueprint:
